If you’re in the market to get a tattoo, you probably know what kind of tattoo you want. Maybe it’s a small simple dolphin representing freedom, or maybe it’s a huge portrait. Problem is you can’t find the right design that you’re looking for, and heck you can’t even find a good quality design to get an idea off of.

Chances are you searched all the search engines going through countless pages of tattoo designs, one tattoo design after another. Either the picture is too small, or distorted, or if you do find a good tattoo design, there is no stencil to go along with it. Problem is, no one gives anything away for free, if you do find free tattoo designs online, they’re most likely low quality or they were designed decades ago, is this how you really want to get a tattoo?

Tattoos are forever, so it makes sense to spend time researching for a quality tattoo. Not all hope is lost though, websites do exist that offer great quality tattoos along with a tattoo stencil. But how do you separate the good websites from the bad? Let’s face it, there’s tones of websites out there promoting their products, and from the sea of these online tattoo galleries, only a few are worth your money.

There are two types of online galleries. The first is a pay as you go type of gallery. You can browse their selection through very small thumbnails, and the image is a bit distorted. Once you have purchased the design, you get to download the tattoo design and stencil. The problem with this type of design gallery is the image is so small at first, you don’t know how good the detail is of the tattoo design, and if you’re not satisfied with the amount of detail of the design, well that’s too bad.

The second type is a membership gallery. Once you become a member, you have unlimited access to ALL the tattoo designs. You can download as many stencils as you wish. You can also take two or more designs and combine them for a unique design which no one else has. I know this sounds great, and it really is; I highly recommend these types of online galleries, however; how do you know if these online galleries have quality designs?
